Where do you ship?
We proudly ship to collectors and fans across North America. While we strive to reach as many doorsteps as possible, please note that there are some exceptions for certain remote addresses where standard carrier service may be limited.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders of $100 or more. For orders under $100, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

What is your return policy?
We want to ensure your collection meets the highest standards. We offer exchanges only for goods that arrive damaged or are found to be defective. If you encounter an issue with your order, please reach out to our customer service team for further assistance.
How can I track my package?
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number so you can follow your shipment's journey from our warehouse to your home.

How do you source your products?
We take immense pride in our selection process. Our dedicated buyers work tirelessly to find the best products on the market, specially curating our inventory to ensure we carry items that truly resonate with the play and display community.
To guarantee 100% authenticity, we source our items directly from the manufacturers or their authorized distributors. This direct relationship ensures that every LEGO set, Mattel figure, or Funko Pop! in our shop is a genuine, licensed product.
Are the items brand new?
All items sold on our website are in New-in-Box (NIB) condition, sourced directly from the factory, unless a specific product description (such as for certain vintage collectibles) states otherwise.
